Role: Java developer (Min 4 yrs of experience)

We are looking for a Lead Java and Web Developer with experience in building high­ performing, scalable, enterprise­grade web applications based on generic Java Application Server. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission­ critical applications in Finance technology domain. Java developer roles and responsibilities include managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code

Requirements

  • Min 4 yrs of relevant experience

  • Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Mapping the business process flow and doing the requirement analysis for specifications and feasibility
  • Work closely with partners across business units to understand project requirements, Requirements Gathering and Documentation
  • Tracking the project through different developmental phases
  • Preparing test plan and test cases and doing the User Acceptance Testing of the business solutions, demonstrating the requirements traceability
  • Act as point of contact for specific deliverables and lead projects and delivery
  • Designing process and operations guides to enable adept process handling

  • You understand sales, are tenacious and persuasive. Relevant experience in B2B sales will be great but not essential

Role: Management Trainee- Relationship Management
Location: Mumbai

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing and promotional support with players/partners to drive customer/merchant acquisition and transaction for Payso
  • Collate and submit/respond to RFPs and all incoming Banks, Wallet inquiries on time
  • Forecast on a regular basis for weekly reviews
  • Interact with company Business, Finance & Legal teams for effort and risk assessment and build pricing for these bids

 

Business Management & Development

  • Be accountable for the costs and revenue generated by the Payso business through Banking, wallet, Aggregation Channel and merchant partners
  • Make prospecting a part of the regular routine ensuring that new prospects are added to the pipeline on a consistent basis
  • Meet and exceed set business targets while adhering to Payso’s rules of engagement
  • Continuously follow-up on leads generated as well as existing clients
  • Research, analyse and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized

 

Account Management

  • Achieve personal sales targets and grow revenue and profit in line with agreed targets w.r.to billing and collections
  • Coordinate with internal teams to accomplish client objectives and ensure processing system performance standards are met and that the client’s perspective is represented within the organization

 

Delivery Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams to accomplish delivery objectives with respect to cost, quality, time and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure commitments/change of priorities are communicated and delivered

  • Advocate for client/Banks/wallets/partners needs in solution positioning and troubleshooting solution delivery issues
  • Ensure customer delight by ensuring that customer requirements and escalations are handled on time

The FinternshipTM program is an opportunity for the students to learn and earn. This program would have various sessions by Industry leaders from the Banks and Payment Processors and session on Skills Development by professional trainer.

The students will also get first-hand experience on engaging with business customers by participating in Business Development activity and Market Research.

Job Role:

Business Development and Marketing Activity will involve following:

  • Marketing and sales of Payso payment application to offline merchants for accepting digital payments from the customers
  • Preparing the plan for merchant acquisition as per the objective defined by Payso team
  • Achieving the required number of merchant on-boarding as expected
  • Training of the merchant’s and ensuring the required branding of Payso is done by the merchant
  • Getting the required feedback and market intelligence from the field
  • Activating the merchant by ensuring his education on Digital Payments and handholding him for customer transactions
